Ok so I’m sure you can already think of some of your favourite game character quotes so make sure you tell us about them by posting them in the forums or in a comment below.. Like down there.

So you could call me a bit of an ’old skool’ gamer due to my loyalty to my N64 and PS2. So I’ll start from the beginning with some of my favourite quotes from N64 games.

Starting of with the original 64-bit badass that is the ALMIGHTY Duke Nukem 64! (If anyone’s got anything against Duke they go thought me, punk)

For those of you that haven’t had the delights of playing this awesome game you may not realise that Duke has always got a cheesy quote on tap that is usually said at the beginning of a mission as he kicks down a door or blows up some alien scum.

Aaaaanyway, so you’ve just watched the intro video (In amazing graphics) to the level you’re on. And you then go into the first person view ready to play, you’re walking around a deserted cinema aimlessly for 5 minutes or so. Finally, a stupid looking floating alien thingy pops and and Duke unleashes a wall of bullets from his multiple barrelled Nordefelt gun straight into the aliens head. And you’re likely to hear one of these quotes as this point:

’It’s time to kick ass and chew bubble gum, and I’m all out of gum!’

’Damn... those alien scums are going to pay for shooting up my ride!’

And now for my all time favourite Duke Nukem 64 quote.

In most of the levels you will come accross arcade machines for some reason. If you approach the Duke Nukem machine he says ’Hmmm, don’t have time to play with myself!’

Call me sad but I still think this game kicks ass..
