The famous CryEngine 2 that is used to power the visually stunning Crysis, has been reported to look almost as good on the Xbox 360 as on the PC.

In an interview with IGN, Crytek big man Harald Seeley reported said -

"expect the final outcome will result in games that look like they’re running at high settings, or nearly high settings, on a PC."

Did he say "high settings" ? As seen in the video embedded below "High Settings" on Crysis are about as high as we’ve ever seen in any game. Let’s just hope that they decide to do something with the console version on CryEngine 2 instead of keeping it as an in-house toy.
